Insurance Policy

Payment is expected in FULL at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, & Care Credit. If you are eligible, Care Credit offers three, six, twelve, and eighteen month no-interest payment plans. You can apply for Care Credit at our office, online, or over the phone, and you can begin your treatment the same day. Please ask our staff if you are interested or have any questions concerning Care Credit.

Our staff will work very hard to ensure your paperwork is filed accurately and promptly to assist you in receiving the maximum dental benefits that your plan allows. We will be glad to mail your claim to the insurance company for you. The insurance company will then reimburse you for the procedures that were covered. In order for you to pay less than the full amounts due, a Pre-Treatment Estimate MUST have arrived at our office before your scheduled treatment date. Our office does NOT guarantee payment by your insurance company, but we will aid you in any way possible to get your claim paid. Dealing with these insurance companies can be difficult and time-consuming. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. It is important that all information about you and your insurance plan is current.
